Greene (R-GA) – Amendment No. 37 – Provides that none of the funds made available by this Act may be used for assistance to Ukraine 

Rosendale (R-MT) – Amendment No. 52 – Prohibits TRICARE from covering and the Department of Defense from furnishing gender transition surgeries and gender hormone treatments for individuals that identify as transgender

Van Duyne (R-TX) – Amendment No. 55 – Prohibits the Secretary of Defense from paying for or reimbursing expenses relating to abortion services 

Gaetz (R-FL) – Amendment No. 40 – prohibition on the transfer of cluster munitions 

Grothman (R-WI), offered on the behalf of Banks (R-IN) – Amendment No. 41 – Establishes a permanent hiring freeze for diversity, equity, and inclusion jobs in the Department 

Norman (R-SC) – Amendment No. 42 – Eliminates any offices of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Armed Forces and Department of Defense along with the personnel in said offices 

Higgins (R-LA) – Amendment No. 43 – Eliminates the position of Chief Diversity Officer of the Department of Defense and prohibits the establishment of any substantially similar position 

Clyde (R-GA) – Amendment No. 44 – Directs the Secretary of the Army to relocate the Reconciliation Memorial, also known as the Reconciliation Monument, to its original location in Arlington National Cemetery 

Williams (R-TX) – Amendment No. 45 – Prohibits funding of companies who function to demonetize domestic entities based on their lawful speech 

Steube (R-FL) – Amendment No. 46 – Prohibits DODEA from purchasing, displaying, or maintaining material that promotes radical gender ideology or pornographic content 

Boebert (R-CO) – Amendment No. 48 – prohibition on federal funding for the Countering Extremist Activity Working Group or implement any recommendations from the group  

Mills (R-FL) – Amendment No. 49 – Strikes exemption that allows military chain of command or senior civilian leadership to approve the display of unapproved flags at military installations 

Waltz (R-FL) – Amendment No. 50 – Edits the provision signed into law in the (10 FY24 NDAA, reverting it back to the House-passed language to create sexneutral physical fitness standards for combat MOS’; adds 2 additional combat MOSs 

Norman (R-SC) – Amendment No. 53 – Prohibits the provision of gender transition procedures, including surgery or medication, through the Exceptional Family Medical Program
