End of the Bill: Brownley (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of of Sec. 2102 of the WRRDA of 2014 or Sec. 210 of the WRDA of 1986.
Burgess (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement or enforce energy efficiency standards regarding incandescent light bulbs and other incandescent light sources
Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used to expand plutonium pit production capacity at the PF-4 facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory
Pittenger (R-NC) - Amendment No. 34 - Prohibits funds from being used to withhold or revoke funding previously awarded, or prevent funding under this Act from being awarded, to or within the State of North Carolina
Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Bureau of Reclamation to issue a permit for California WaterFix or, with respect to California WaterFix, to provide for compliance under Sec. 102 of the National Environment Policy Act of 1969 or Sec. 7 the Endangered Species Act of 1973
Gosar (R-AZ)- Prohibits funds from being used to prepare, propose, or promulgate any regulation or guidance that references or relies on the "Social Cost of Carbon"
Garamendi (D-CA) - Amendment No. 29 - Amendment seeks to move $100 million from multiple defense accounts to the WaterSMART program.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used for Department of Energy's Climate Model Development and Validation program
Al Green (D-TX) - Amendment No. 24 - Attempts to increase Corps of Engineers - Construction by $311 million intended for disaster relief in Houston
Yoho (R-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Department of Energy to employ in excess of 95% of the Department's total number of employees as of the date of enactment of this act (5% reduction in full time employees at DOE)
Foster (D-IL) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Secretary of Energy for the Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research
Black (R-TN) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of Sec. 642 (a) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996
McNerney (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used on a project that was under investigation by the Inspector General of the Department of the Interior during calendar years 2015, 2016, or 2017
Byrne (R-AL) - Requires the Chief of Engineers of the Army Corps of Engineers shall give priority to certain projects listed in the amendment.
McNerney (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used to issue Federal debt forgiveness for any district served by the Central Valley Project if that district or entity has been subject to an order from the SEC finding violation of the Securities Act of 1933
Byrne (R-AL) - Prohibits funds from being used for the Energy Information Administration and eliminates all funding in the bill for that program
Pitts (R-PA) Amendment to the Maloney (D-NY) Amendment - Adds to the end of the text of the amendment before the period ", except as required by the First Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment, and Article I of the Constitution".
Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY), as amended by Pitts (R-PA) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of Executive Order No. 13672 of July 21, 2014 (Further Amendments to Executive Order 11478, Equal Employment Opportunity in the Federal Government, and Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity), except as required by the First Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment, and Article I of the Constitution
Byrne (R-AL) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of the Religious Freedom Act of 1993, Executive Order 13279, or Secs. 72 (a) and 703 (e)(2) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or Sec. 103 (d) of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 with respect to any religious corporation, religious association, religious educational institution, or religious society
Higgins (D-NY) - Prohibits funds from being used for the proposed action of the Department of Energy to transport target residue material from Ontario, Canada to the United States
Grayson (D-FL) - Amendment No. 7 - Prohibits funds from being used to award a contract to a company that has been convicted of, or is currently indicted/civilly charged for a range of crimes (listed in text of amendment), or has delinquent taxes of more than $3,000 within a three year period of the offered contract.
Babin (R-TX) - Amendment No. 5 - Prohibits funds from being made available to enter into new contracts with, or new agreements for Federal assistance to, the Islamic Republic of Iran
Lowenthal (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of Executive Order No, 13547 related to the National Ocean Policy ;or from being used to implement or enforce Sec. 506 which prohibits funds from being used for furtherimplementation of the coastal and marine spatial planning and ecosystem-based management components of the National Ocean Policy
Meadows (R-NC) - Prohibits funds from being spent by the Army Corp of Engineers to award contracts using the lowest price unless the source selection decision is documented and such documentation includes the rationale for any business judgments and trade offs made or relied on by the source selection authority, including benefits associated with additional costs.
Stivers (R-OH) - Prohibits funds from being used for the Cape Wind Energy Project on the Outer Continental Shelf off Nantucket Sound
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Reduces Corps of Engineers - Civil - Investigations by $3 million and increases the account by the same amount. Intended to discuss flooding in Houston.
Mullin (R-OK) - Prohibits funds from being used from Nov. 8, 2016-Jan. 20, 2017 to propose or finalize a regulatory action that is likely to result in a rule that may have an annual effect on the economy or $100 million or more as specified in Sec. 3 (f)(1) of Executive order No. 12866 of Sept. 30, 1993
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Reduces Corps of Engineers - Civil - Construction by $100 million and increases the account by the same amount. Intended to discuss flooding prevention projects.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used to carry out the memorandum from the White House Counsel's Office to all Executive Department and Agency General Counsels entitled "Reminder Regarding Document Requests" dated April 15, 2009
Engel (D-NY) - Amendment No. 6 - Prohibits the use of funds to lease or purchase new light duty vehicles, for any executive fleet, or for an agency's fleet invetory, except in accordance with Presidential Memorandum-Federal Fleet Performance, dated May 24, 2011
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from Department of Energy for the 21st Century Clean Transportation Plan
Sanford (R-SC) - Prohibits funds from being used to provide a loan under Sec. 136 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007
Buck (R-CO) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Department of Energy to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed Energy Conservation Program rules entitled "Energy Conservation Standards for Residential Dishwashers", ``Standards Ceiling Fans and Ceiling Fan Light Kits", and "Energy Conservation Standards for Refrigerated Bottled or Canned Vending Machines"
Blackburn (R-TN) - Amendment No. 14 - 1% across the board spending cut to all accounts in the bill
Smith (R-MO) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Army Corps of Engineers with to implement, administer, or enforce the last four words of subparagraph (B) of Sec. 1341 (a)(1) of Title 31 U.S. Code with respect to crevassing of levees under the Birds Point-New Madrid Floodway Operations Plan
Walker (R-NC) - Reduces Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy by $400,000; Nuclear Energy by $25.455 million; Fossil Energy Research and Development by $13 million; Strategic Petroleum Reserve by $45 million; Non-Defense Environmental Cleanup by $2.4 milion; Science by $49.8 million; Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy by $14.889 million; Western Area Power Administration by $2.209 million; and Nuclear Regulatory Commission-Salaries and Expenses by $32.132 million and transfers the collective savings to the Spending Reduction Account
DeSantis (R-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to purchase heavy water from Iran
