Lieu (D-CA) - Page 33, Line 5 - Reduces DEA-Salaries and Expenses by $9 million, increases VAWA Youth-Oriented Program by $4 million and victims of child abuse by $3 million. The additional $2 million is sent to the Spending Reduction Account.

End of the Bill Schweikert (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used to transfer cell site simulators, or IMSI catcher, or similar tower mimicking technology to state and local law enforcement that haven't adopted procedures for the use of such technology that protects the constitutional rights of citizens.
Engel (D-NY) - Prohibits the use of funds to lease or purchase new light duty vehicles, for any executive fleet, or for an agency's fleet invetory, except in accordance with Presidential Memorandum-Federal Fleet Performance, dated May 24, 2011.
Poe (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used by DOJ or FBI to mandate or request that a person alter a product or a service to permit the electronic surveillance of any user of such product or service.
Polis (D-CO) - Prohibits funds from being used by the DEA for the purposes of bulk data collection.
Blackburn (R-TN) - Amendment No. 1 - 1% across the board spending cut. The rescission would exempt the Federal Bureau of Investigation, DOJ-Fees and Expenses of Witnesses, Public Safety Officer Benefits, and United States Trustee System Fund
Scott (D-VA) - Reduces Federal Prison Systems-Salaries and Expenses by $69.5 million and increases Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency and Prevention by the same amount
Lee (D-CA) - Requires officers to undergo sensitivity training regarding racial and ethnic biases and cultural diversity.
Poe (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to enforce Sec. 221 of Title 13, U.S. Code with respect to the American Community Survey.
Foster (D-IL) - Prohibits funds from being used to fund any Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) program.
Goodlatte (R-VA) - Prohibits funds from being used by DOJ personnel to negotiate or conclude a settlement with the Federal Government that includes terms requiring a defendant to donate or contribute funds to a third party organization or individual.
Blumenauer (D-OR) - Prohibits funds from being used for any inspection under Sec. 510 of the Controlled Substances Act with respect to narcotic drugs in schedule III, IV, or V of Sec. 202 of that act.
Carter (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to expand new law enforcement certifications under the National Firearms Act.
Bonamici (D-OR) - Amendment No. 9 - Amendment No. 9 - Prohibits funds from being used by DOJ to prevent a State from implementing its own State laws that authorize the use, distribution, possession, or cultivation of industrial hemp, as defined in section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014
Poe (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used for the DNA analysis and capacity enhancement program in contravention of certain sections of the DNA Backlog Elimination Act of 2000.
Ellison (D-MN) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Department of Justice to engage in profiling.
Ellison (D-MN) - Prohibits funds from being used to enter into a contract with any person whose disclosures of a proceeding with a disposition in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System include the term "Fair Labor Standards Act".
Black (R-TN) - Prohibits funds from being used to require race or ethnicity to be disclosed during the transfer of a firearm.
Richmond (D-LA) - Reduces Federal Prison Systems-Salaries and Expenses by $155.9 million and increases Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency and Prevention by the same amount
Meadows (R-NC) - Prohibits funds from being used to enter into a trade agreement that establishes a limit on greenhouse gas emissions.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to award a contract to a company that has been convicted of, or is currently indicted/civilly charged for a range of crimes (listed in text of amendment), or has deliquent taxes of more than $3,000 within a three year period of the offered contract
Hudson (R-NC) - Prohibits funds from being used to treat M855 or SS109 type ammunition as armor piercing ammunition.
Collins (R-GA) - Prohibits State Criminal Alien Assistance Program reimbursements for Sanctuary Cities
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to negotiate or enter into a trade agreement whose negotiating texts are confidential.
Rohrabacher (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by DOJ to prevent states from implementing their own state laws that authorize the use, distribution, possession, or cultivation of medical marijuana.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to compel a journalist or reporter to testify about information or sources that they regard to be confidential
McClintock (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by DOJ to prevent states from implementing their own state laws that authorize the use, distribution, possession, or cultivation of marijuana on non-Federal lands within their respective jurisdictions
Perry (R-PA) - Prohibits funds from being used to prevent a State from implementing any law that makes it lawful to possess, distribute, or use cannabidiol or cannabidiol oil.
Perry (R-PA) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement, administer, or carry out the National Climate Assessment, the IPCC report, the UN's Agenda 21, and the Social Cost of Carbon, etc.
Garrett (R-NJ) - Prohibits funds from being used by the DOJ to pursue litigation using the "disparate impact" legal theory.
Marino (R-PA) - Prohibits funds from being used for DOJ's clemency initiative of April 23, 2014, for Clemency Project 2014, or to transfer or temporarily assign employees to the Office of the Pardon Attorney for the purpose of screening clemency applications.
Austin Scott (R-GA) - Prohibits funds from being used in the bill to enforce certain restrictions on fishing for red snapper in the Gulf of Mexico.
Massie (R-KY) - Prohibits funds from being used by DOJ or DEA in contravention of Section 7606 (“Legitimacy of Industrial Hemp Research”) of the Agricultural Act of 2014.
Massie (R-KY) - Prohibits BATFE from using funds to treat certain common types of rifle ammunition as armor piercing.

Flores (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to further implementation of the coastal and marine spatial planning and ecosystem-based management components of the National Ocean Policy developed under Executive Order 13547.
Flores (R-TX) - Prohibits the use of funds to impose the Administration’s continued attempts to establish the National Ocean Policy and ocean zoning under Executive Order 13547 without explicit Congressional authorization.
Duncan (R-SC) - Prohibits funds from being used to prosecute or hold liable any person or corporation for a violation of Sec. 2 (a) of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
Lamborn (R-CO) - Prohibits funds from being used to collect information about individuals attending gun shows, by means of an automatic license plate reader, or to retain any information collected.
Sanford (R-SC) - Reduces all amounts made available in the bill by 2.48% except for those amounts required to be made available by a provision of law.
King (R-IA) - Amendment No. 3 - Prohibits funds from being used with respect to the case State of Texas, et al. v. United States of America, et al.
King (R-IA) - Prohibits funds from being used to negotiate or finalize a trade agreement that includes provisions relating to visas issued under Sec. 101 (a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Denham (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by NOAA to implement in the California Central Valley Recovery Domain any existing recovery plan for salmon and steelhead populations listed under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 as threatened species or endangered species if that recovery plan does not address predation by non-native species.
Jeffries (D-LA) - Prohibits funds from being used for the monitoring or review of electronic communications between an inmate and attorney or attorney's agents who are traditionall covered by attorney client privilege.
