Quigley (D-IL) - Page 29, Line 2 - Reduces National Nuclear Security Administration-Weapons Activities by $167.05 million and transfers the same amount to the Spending Reduction Account
Garamendi (D-CA) - Page 29, Line 2 - Reduces National Nuclear Security Administration-Weapons Activities by $25 million and transfers the same amount to the Spending Reduction Account
Fortenberry (R-NE) - Page 29, Line 15 - Reduces Defense Nuclear Proliferation by $13.8 million and increases the account by the same amount (Author intends for the funds to go from Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility to nuclear smuggling prevention).

End of the Bill:
McKinley (R-WV) - Prohibits funds from being used to transform the National Energy Technology Laboratory into a government-owned, contractor-operated laboratory, or to consolidate or close that lab.
Babin (R-TX) - Amendment No. 3 - Prohibits funds from being used under ``Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation'' to enter into new contracts with, or new agreements for Federal assistance to the Islamic Republic of Iran except those that requirethe Islamic Republic of Iran to cease the pursuit, acquisition, and development of nuclear weapons technology.
Babin (R-TX) - Amendment No. 4 - Prohibits funds from being used under ``Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation'' to enter into new contracts with, or new agreements for Federal assistance to the Islamic Republic of Iran except those that that include authority for the International Atomic Energy Agency to conduct anytime, anywhere inspections of civil and military sites within the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Hudson (R-NC) - 11.1208% across the board cut to all accounts in the bill except for National Nuclear Security Administration, Environmental and Other Defense Activities, or Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board
Engel (D-NY) - Amendment No. 7 - Prohibits the use of funds to lease or purchase new light duty vehicles, for any executive fleet, or for an agency's fleet invetory, except in accordance with Presidential Memorandum-Federal Fleet Performance, dated May 24, 2011.
Sanford (R-SC) - Eliminates all administrative expenses in the bill made available under the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan Program, and prohibits funds from being used to provide a loan under Sec. 136 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007
Cleaver (D-MO) - Lifts the limitation relating to total project costs in Sec. 102 of the 1986 WRDA shall not apply to any project receiving funding under Title I of this bill (Army Corps of Engineers)
Burgess (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement or enforce energy efficiency standards regarding incandescent light bulbs and other incandescent light sources
Dent (R-PA) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Department of Energy to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule entitled ``Standards Ceiling Fans and Ceiling Fan Light Kits".
Napolitano (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of Sec. 2101 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 or Sec. 210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986.
Stivers (R-OH) - Prohibits funds from being used for the Cape Wind Energy Project on the Outer Continental Shelf off Nantucket Sound
Barton (R-TX) - Increases "Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works" by $30 million and reduces it by the same amount
Abraham (R-LA) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement or enforce Executive Order 13690 entitled "Establishing a Federal Flood Risk Management Standard and a Process for Further Soliciting and Considering Stakeholder Input".
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Prohibits funds made available under DOE-Energy Programs-Science from being used in contravention of the Department of Energy Organization Act.
Rothfus (R-PA) - Amendment No. 5 - Prohibits funds from being used by DOE to apply the report "Life Cycle Greenhouse Gas Perspective on Exporting Liquefied Natural Gas from the United States" in any public interest determination on the exportation of LNG
DelBene (D-WA) - Prohibits funds from being used by DOD for the purchase of welded shipboard and mooring chain 4 inches in diameter and under unless they are procured from a manufacturer that is part of the national technology industrial base.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used for the removal of any Federally owned or operated dam.
Grayson (D-FL) - Amendment No. 22 - Prohibits funds from being used to award a contract to a company that has been convicted of, or is currently indicted/civilly charged for a range of crimes (listed in text of amendment), or has delinquent taxes of more than $3,000 within a three year period of the offered contract.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Amendment No. 10 - Prohibits funds from being used for Department of Energy's Climate Model Development and Validation program.
Castro (D-TX) - Increases Corps of Engineers-Construction by $10 million and reduces it by the same amount; the amendment also limits funds available under Corps of Engineers-Civil Construction" to $276.117 million
Blackburn (R-TN) - Amendment No.13 - Prohibits funds from being used to finalize, promulgate, or enforce the Department of Energy's proposed rule entitled ``Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Energy Conservation Standards for Residential Furnaces''
Blackburn (R-TN) - Amendment No.12 - 1% across the board cut to all accounts in the bill
Luetkemeyer (R-MO) - Amendment No. 16 - Prohibits funds from being used for an environmental study under the Missouri River Ecosystem Recovery Plan.
McClintock (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used to purchase water to supplement or enhance the instream flow requirements in California that are mandated under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, The Central Valley Project Improvement Act, or the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
LaMalfa (R-CA) - Prohibits funds in the bill to limit the exemptions from regulation provided in the Clean Water Act for certain agricultural activities.
LaMalfa (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used to deliver water to the Trinity River above the minimum requirements of the Trinity Record of Decision or to supplement flows in the Klamath River.
Duncan (R-SC) - Increases Corps of Engineers -Civil-Department of the Army by $2.5 million and reduces it by the same amount.
