Lee (D-CA) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $5 million, increases other DoD Programs-Defense Health Program by the same amount (intended for multiple sclerosis research).
Lamborn (R-CO) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide by $5 million, increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct $5 million within SOCOM for the Human Performance Program.
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $500,000, increases Defense Health Program research, development, test and evaluation for post-traumatic stress disorder.
Lamborn (R-CO) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $5 million, increases Operation and Maintenance, Army National Guard by the same amount intended to support National Guard Border Security operations.
Jeffries (D-NY) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $10 million, increases Defense Health Program research, development, test and evaluation by the same amount for post-traumatic stress disorder.
McKinley (R-WV) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide by $21 million, increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct that sum within the account for the National Guard Youth Challenge Program.
McGovern (D-MA) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $3.5 million, increases Defense Health Program operation and maintenance by $3 million intended for therapeutic service dogs.
Benishek (R-MI) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $2 million, increases Defense Health Program research, development, test and evaluation by the same amount for Alzheimer's research.
Kildee (D-MI) - Page 9, Line 6 - Increase Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $10 million, reduces Aircraft Procurement, Navy by $50 million. The funds are intended to expand financial literacy training programs across all branches.
Gohmert (R-TX) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $35.9 million, increases National Guard counter-drug program by the same amount.
Ellison (D-MN) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide by $10 million, increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct the sum to the Office of Economic Adjustment.
Runyan (R-NJ) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $6 million, increases Other Procurement, Air Force by the same amount intended joint training and training development at Air Force facilities.
Delaney (D-MD) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $24 million, increases funding for Fisher Houses by $16 million.
Lowenthal (D-CA) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide by $5 million, increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct the sum to the STARBASE youth program.
Grayson (D-FL) - Page 9, Line 6 - Reduces Operation and Maintenance Defense-Wide by $10 million, increases Defense Health Program for Gulf War Illness research.
Murphy (R-PA) - Page 15, Line 8 - Reduces Environmental Restoration, Air Force by $37 million, increase Defense Health Program by $10 million intended for mental health treatment.
Blumenauer (D-OR) - Amendment No. 4 - Page 16, Line 24 - Increases Environmental Restoration, Formerly Used Defense Sites by $3.4 million, reduces funding for the Long Range Standoff Weapon within Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation-Air Force by the same amount.
Kildee (D-MI) - Page 22, Line 14 - Reduces Aircraft Procurement, Navy by $20 million, increases Defense Health Program by the same amount intended for an outside review of the Wounded Warrior care program.
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Page 29, Line 22 - Decreases Procurement, Defense-Wide by $5 million, increase Defense Health Program by $5 million intended for breast cancer research.
Garamendi (D-CA) - Page 31, Line 6 - Reduces Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Air Force by $15.6 million, transfers the same amount to the Spending Reduction Account.
Coffman (R-CO) - Amendment No. 5 - Page 31, Line 6 - Reduces Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Air Force by $15.7 million (eliminates all funding for Next Generation Air Dominance Fighter) and transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Nugent (R-FL) - Page 31, Line 6 - Reduces Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Air Force by $10 million, and the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct the sum towards the Counter-Electronics High Power Microwave Missile Project.
Grayson (D-FL) - Page 31, Line 18 - Reduces Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation by $10 million, increases Defense Health Program by the same amount intended for prostate cancer research.
Holt (D-NJ) - Page 33, Line 11 - Reduces Defense Health Program by $1 million and increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct the sum to study financial stress and its relation to suicide.
Langevin (D-RI) - Page 33, 11 - Reduces Defense Health Program by $30 million and increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct the sum towards the Spinal Cord Injury Research Program.
Holt (D-NJ) - Page 32, Line 12 - Reduces Intelligence Community Management Account by $2 million and increases the same account by the same amount. The sponsor's intent is to direct that sum towards the Intelligence Community Whistleblowing & Source Protection Directorate.
Daines (R-MT) - Page 124, Line 8 - Strikes the portion of Sec. 8132 , which prohibits the decommissioning of ICNM silos, that sunsets Sec. 8132 with the enactment of the NDAA for FY2015.
Nadler (D-NY) - Page 123, Line 22 - Strikes Sec. 8132 which prohibits funds from being used to reduce or decommission ICBM silos, or convert them a nondeployed status other than warm status.
End of the Bill: Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used on research, development, test, or evaluation for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter to modify it in a manner that provides B-31 nuclear delivery capability until certain requirements are met (see text of amendment).
Cole (R-OK) - Prohibits funds being used to provide housing on a military instillation to an alien who is an unaccompanied minor or is not dependent of a member of the Armed Forces.
Grayson (R-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to award a contract to a company that has been convicted of, or is currently indicted/civilly charged for a range of crimes (listed in text of amendment), or has deliquent taxes of more than $3,000 within a three year period of the offered contract.
Grayson (R-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to subvert or interfere with the integrity of a cryptographic standard proposed, developed, or adopted by National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Walorski (R-IN) - Prohibits any funds being used to transfer or release detainees from Guantanamo Bay to Yemen.
Nolan (D-MN) - Prohibits funds from being used for the Afghanistan Infrastructure Fund.
Miller (R-MI) - Prohibits funds from being used to divest, retire, transfer, or place in storage any A-10 aircraft, or to disestablish any units of the active or reserve component associated with such aircraft.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to make various military weapons and equipment available to local law enforcement through the DoD Excess Personal Property Program.
Cotton (R-AR) - Amendment No. 2 - Prohibits funds from being used to release or transfer detainees from Guantanamo Bay to their country of origin or to any other foreign country.
Runyan (R-NJ) - Prohibits funds from being used to retire, divest, or transfer the entire KC-10 fleet.
Moran (D-VA) - Prohibits funds from being used to carry out Secs. 8107, which prohibits funds from being used to release or transfer detainees from Guantanamo Bay, and 8108, which prohibits funds from being used to acquire, modify, or construct facilities to house prisoners from Guantanamo Bay within the United States.
Lee (D-CA) - Amendment No. 31 - Prohibits funds from being used to conduct combat operations in Iraq.
Walberg (R-MI) - Prohibits funds from being used to promulgate Directive 293 issued by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
DeLauro (R-CT) - Prohibits funds from being used to award contracts to corporations incorporated or chartered in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands that were previously incorporated in the United States
Fleming (R-LA) - Amendment No. 14 - Prevents funds from being used to appoint chaplains without an endorsing agency.
Lee (D-CA) - Amendment No. 33 - Prohibits funds from being used pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002.
Flores (R-TX) - Prohibits any funds from being used to enforce the selective fuel bans set forth in Sec. 526 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007; thus, the amendment expands options for the federal government to purchase fuels from unconventional sources like the California heavy oil resources or Canadian oil sands.
Conyers (D-MI) - Prohibits funds from being used to transfer man-portable air defense systems to any entity in Syria.
McKinley (R-WV) - Prohibits funds from being used for the Administration's climate change agenda, which includes the National Climate Assessment, the IPCC report, the UN's Agenda 21, and the Social Cost of Carbon.
Hanabusa (D-HI) - Prohibits funds from being used with respect to Iraq in contravention of the War Powers Resolution.
Fortenberry (R-NE) - Prohibits funds from being used to provide weapons in Syria.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to transfer military weapons and equipment to local law enforcement agencies through the DoD Excess Personal Property Program.
Nugent (R-FL) - Amendment No. 27 - Prohibits funds from being used to plan for or carry out a furlough of a dual status military technician
Speier (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement an amendment to Executive Order 12473 of April 13, 1984 that would weaken rape shield rules for military courts martial
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used for the storage of patrol boats under Navy Memorandum under #105-E2P-196 dated October 12, 2010.
Lee (D-CA) - Amendment No. 34 - Prohibits funds from being used for the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force after December 31, 2014
Rogers (R-AL) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement the Open Skies Treaty.
Murphy (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to maintain or improve facilities that DoD lists as being completely unused.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used to procure any Army Air Crew Combat Uniforms
Ellison (D-MN) - Prohibits funds from being used to award contracts to contractors who have violated certain wage requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act
Forbes (R-VA) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction.
Lee (D-CA) - Amendment No. 32 - Prohibits funds from being used to conduct combat operations in Afghanistan after December 31, 2014
McClintock (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used for green energy programs.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to subvert or interfere with the integrity of a cryptographic standard proposed, developed, or adopted by National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Wittman (R-VA) - Prohibits funds from being used to propose, plan for, or execute an additional Base Realignment and Closure round.
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of Article II, section 2 of the Constitution.
King (R-IA) - Prohibits funds from being used to transfer weapons to the Palestinian Authority.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to detain a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay for more than 15 years without conviction.
Massie (R-KY) - Prohibits funds from being used to fully exploit lawfully collected foreign intelligence information collected under Sec. 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
Barrow (D-GA) - Prohibits funds from being used to disestablish, downgrade, or place on probation a Senior ROTC program.
Conaway (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to enter into a contract for the planning, design, refurbishing, or construction of a biofuels refinery.
Rohrabacher (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being provided to Pakistan.
Stockman (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used to destroy DoD equipment/ammunition in Afghanistan without such equipment/ammunition first being offered to independent states of rhte former Soviet Union and major non-NATO allies.
Stockman (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used for weapons systems that contain rare earth materials or components that are produced in Cuba, North Korea, China, or Venezuela.
Stockman (R-TX)- Prohibits funds from being used for any activity that would grant de facto support of territorial, maritime, or airspace claims made by China on the international waters or territories of other sovereign nations
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used for the procurement of any non-petroleum based fuel for use as the same purpose or as a drop-in for petroleum.
Kildee (D-MI) - Amendment No. 40 - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of Sec. 1034 of title 10, United States Code (regarding ability of members of the military to contact their member of Congress)
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being obligated or expended to Iran, Syria, the Palestinian Authority, Hamas, or the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria
Franks (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used to transfer or divest the Electronic Proving Grounds at Fort Huachuca, Arizona
Huizenga (R-MI) - Prohibits funds from being used to implement SBA interim final rule titled "Small Business Size Standards; Adoption of 2012 North American Industry Classification System" with respect to the procurement of footwear
