Meehan (R-PA) - Page 2, Line 13 - Intends to transfer $3 million from Transportation Secretary-Salaries and Expenses to Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement-Financing Program for the purpose of adding an additional car to the automated track inspection program to inspect crude oil routes.
Farenthold (R-TX) - Page 2, Line 13 - Reduces Transportation Secretary-Salaries and Expenses by $6 million and increases DOT-Facilities and Equipment by the same amount intended for use by the Navy to mitigate radar interference generated by wind turbines.
Walberg (R-MI) - Page 10, Page 12 - Strikes Sec. 102 which allows the Secretary or his designee to engage states on proposals related to motorcycle safety.
Duffy (R-WI) - Page 34, Line 11 - Intends to remove weight restrictions on trucks carrying unfinished forest product on I-39 in Wisconsin between certain mile markers.
Broun (R-GA) - Page 42, Line 15 - Eliminates all operating grants for Amtrak ($340 million), and transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Broun (R-GA) - Page 42, Line 15 - Reduces funding for Amtrak operating grants by 10% ($34 million) and transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Butterfield (D-NC) - Page 48, Line 5 - Reduces Federal Transit Administration-Administrative Expenses by $2 million and increases FTA Technical Assistance and Training by the same amount.
Griffin (R-AR) - Page 48, Line 5 - Reduces FTA-Administrative Expenses by $500,000 and increases Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration-Operation Expenses by the same amount.
Poe (R-TX) - Page 52, Line 13 - Strikes Sec. 165 which prohibits federal funding for two rail lines proposed "to be constructed on Richmond Avenue west of South Shepherd Drive or on Post Oak Boulevard north of Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas".
Chabot (R-OH) - Page 73, Line 7 - Reduces overall funding for Section 8 housing programs by 10% (approximately $1.9 billion) and transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Nadler (D-NY) - Page 73, Line 7 - Increases spending for Section 8 housing programs by $988.4 million without a corresponding offset.
Gohmert (R-TX) - Page 85, Line 3 - Reduces the Public Housing Capital Fund and the Public Housing Operating Fund by $24.7 million collectively, transfers the same amount to the Spending Reduction Account.
Nadler (D-NY) - Page 93, Line 21 - Increases funding for Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS by $29.1 million, reduces HUD-Information Technology Fund by the same amount.
Capito (R-WV)- Page 94, Line 18 - Increases funding for Community Development Block Grants by $100 million, reduces funding for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program by the same amount.
Broun (R-GA) - Page 94, Line 18 - Reduces funding for Community Development Block Grants by $200 million (down to the President's requested level), transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Broun (R-GA) - Page 94, Line 18 - Reduces funding for the Community Development Block Grants by $20 million, transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Duffy (R-WI) - Page 99, Line 8 - Increases funding made available within Homeless Assistance Grants for the Rural Housing Stability Program by $10 million.
Conyers (D-MI) - Page 99, Line 11 - Increases funding made available within Homeless Assistance Grants for the national homeless data analysis project by $2 million
Broun (R-GA) - Page 106, Line 23 - Reduces Rental Housing Assistance by $7 million, transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Page 111, Line 3 - Intends to increase HUD-Policy Development and Research-Research and Technology by $1 million (intended to inform tenants of rights and responsibilities).
Lee (D-CA) - Page 112, Line 8 - Increases funding for the Fair Housing Initiatives Program by $10 million, reduces Information Technology Fund by the same amount.
Grayson (D-FL) - Page 112, line 17 - Increases the cap for funds made available under Fair Housing Programs for the Limited English Proficiency Program to $450,000.
Himes (D-CT) - Page 140, Line 9 - Requires the HUD Secretary to implement a demonstration program for multifamily housing energy and water conservation.
Broun (R-GA) - Page 141, Line 23 - Reduces funding for the Amtrak Office of the Inspector General by $1 million, transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account.
End of the Bill: Waters (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by HUD to relocate any asset management positions within the Office of Multifamily Housing.
Burgess (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Secretary of Transportation to authorize a person to manufacture or operate an unmanned aircraft capable of delivering a weapons for use over U.S. airspace.
Hartzler (R-MO) - Prohibits funds from being used for highway beautification projects through the Federal Highway Administration Transportation Alternatives Program.
Norton (D-DC) - Prohibits funds from being used in contravention of the 5th or 14th Amendments to the Constitution or Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Daines (R-MT) - Prohibits funds from being used to develop, issue, or implement regulations that increase insurance coverage minimums required of trucking and bus companies.
DeFazio (D-OR) - Prohibits funds from being used to approve a new foreign air carrier permit under Secs. 41301-41305 of title 49, USC or exemption application under Sec. 40109 of that title of an air carrier already holding an air operators certificate issued by a country that is party to the US-EU-Iceland-Norway Air Transport Agreement.
Jackson Lee (D-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used under FTA-Transit Formula Grants may be used in contravention of Sec. 5309 of title 49, U.S. Code.
Lowenthal (D-CA) - Ensures currently unobligated funds can be used by Surface Transportation Improvement projects.
DeSantis (R-FL) - Prohibit funds from being used by HUD to repay loans issued by that same agency.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to award a contract to a company that has been convicted of, or is currently indicted/civilly charged for a range of crimes (listed in text of amendment), or has deliquent taxes of more than $3,000 within a three year period of the offered contract.
Gosar (R-AZ) -Prohibits funds from being used by HUD to retain outside legal counsel.
Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used for ships in the National Defense Ready Reserve from being crewed, owned, or maintained by foreign entities.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used by HUD to implement, enforce, or administer their proposed Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Prohibits funds from being used to to administer the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's National Roadside Survey
Fleming (R-LA) - Prohibits funds from being used to acquire a camera used for collecting or storing vehicle license plate numbers
Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Ready Reserve Force of the National Defense Reserve Fleet in contravention of the Buy American Act
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to make bonus awards to contractors for projects that are behind schedule or over budget.
Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Department of Transportation may be used on a transportation project unless all contracts carried out are Buy America compliant
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to authorize, approve, or implement a toll on existing free lanes on any segment of Interstate 4 in the State of Florida.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to provide a subsidy of more than $250 per passenger under the Essential Air Service program.
Royce (R-CA) - Amendment No. 5 - Prohibits funds from the Public Housing Trust Fund from being used by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Denham (R-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used for high-speed rail in California or for the California High-Speed Rail Authority
Blackburn (R-TN) - Amendment No. 1 - 1% across the board spending cut to all accounts in the bill
Garamendi (D-CA) - Prohibits funds from being used by the Department of Transportation on transportation project contracts unless they are "Buy America" compliant
Grijalva (D-AZ) – Prohibits funds from being used to award contracts to contractors who have violated the Fair Labor Standards Act
Schock (R-IL) – Prohibits funds from being used to issue tenant based rental assistance housing vouchers that exceed 120% of fair market rental value
Higgins (D-NY) - Prohibits funds from being used to terminate a jurisdictions status as a metropolitan city with respect to its ability to receive a Community Development Block Grant.
Grayson (D-FL) - Prohibits funds from being used to award extra payments to contractors whose contractors are behind schedule or over budget.
Gosar (R-AZ) - Reduces HUD-Management and Administration-Executive Offices by $2 million
Gosar (R-AZ) - Reduces all sums made available under the section HUD-Management and Administration-Administrative Support Offices by 4.2%
Schiff (D-CA) - Would require the FAA to allow Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, CA to impose a curfew on flights
Cassidy (R-LA) - Amendment No. 23 -Would impose various restrictions on the awarding of grants under the TIGER grant program
Titus (D-NV)- Prohibits funds from being used to allow for the issuance of rules or regulations to allow for voice communications on mobile devices during flights.
Yoho (R-FL)- Prohibits funds from being used to promulgate, implement, or enforce any regulations mandating GPS tracking or event data recorders devices in light-duty non-commercial passenger motor vehicles.
Ellison (D-MN) - Proposes to make certain changes to the Mortgage Interest Tax Deduction.
Gingrey (R-GA) - Amendment No. 28 - Prohibits funds from being used to provide mortgage insurance to any prospective borrower who provides only an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number as their only form of identification
Conyers (D-MI) - Prohibits funds from being used to pay any FHA insurance claims without proof of compliance with existing FHA loss mitigation requirements.
Gingrey (R-GA) - Amendment No. 29 - Prohibits funds from being used to pay a federal employee during any period when that employee is using "official time"
DeLauro (R-CT) - Prohibits funds from being used to award contracts to corporations incorporated or chartered in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands that were previously incorporated in the United States
Gingrey (R-GA) - Prohibits funds from being used by Amtrak for food and beverage services
Sessions (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used by Amtrak to support the route with the highest loss, measured by contributions/(loss) per rider (would eliminate the "Sunset Limited" line from New Orleans to Los Angeles)
Bass (D-CA) - Amendment No. 32 - Would make it easier for state and local agencies to advance federally funding construction projects by hiring local workers
Sessions (R-TX) - Prohibits funds from being used by Amtrak to operate any route whose operating costs exceed two times its revenues based on the National Railroad Passenger Corporation FY2013-2017 Five Year Plan from May 2013.
Engel (D-NY) - Prohibits the use of funds to lease or purchase new light duty vehicles, for any executive fleet, or for an agency's fleet invetory, except in accordance with Presidential Memorandum-Federal Fleet Performance, dated May 24, 2011.
