McMorris Rodgers (R-WA): Provides support and services for all victims. The amendment also increases the emphasis on the investigation, prosecution, and services for victims of sexual assault; promotes educational awareness to prevent violence and improve services for young victims; enhances immigration laws to protect victims of violence; ensures that money goes to victims by increasing accountability over VAWA grants; and better protects Indian women from domestic violence.
