Norton (D-DC): Amendment No. 1—Redirects all funding for the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program to D.C. public schools and D.C. public charter schools. This amendment would remove the three-sector approach to school reform employed in the bill and eliminate funding the D.C. voucher program.
