Gottheimer (D-NJ) – Amendment No. 39 – Increases and decreases funding to prohibit the National Park Service from designating any part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area as a National Park.
Kamlager-Dove (D-CA) – Amendment No. 49 – Increases and decreases funding by $3 million for the Department of the Interior Office of the Secretary for a Work Environment Survey for the Department of the Interior and all of its bureaus that will generate data that can be directly compared to the Work Environment Survey done at Interior and the National Park Service in 2017 by the Federal Consulting Group and the CFI Group. The survey is necessary to determine whether progress has been made after years of efforts by the Department to address sexual harassment, discrimination, and other workplace satisfaction issues, and to determine how to target resources for future efforts
Kennedy (D-NY) – Amendment No. 50 – Increases and decreases funding by $748 million for the State and Tribal Assistance Grant program

Neguse (D-CO) – Amendment No. 70 – Increases and decreases the EPA’s Environmental Programs and Management account by $12 million to support the EPA’s Office of Noise Abatement and Control
Neguse (D-CO) – Amendment No. 71 – Increases and decreases funding for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund to highlight the additional funding needed to support these programs at the President’s Budget Request level
Norton (D-DC) – Amendment No. 74 – Increases and decreases funding for the National Park Service’s operations account by $1 million to direct NPS to submit a report to Congress identifying statutes and regulations that inhibit active use of urban parks in the National Park System. Active use is defined as use that prioritizes current enjoyment by people and improves quality of life, and includes playgrounds, pedestrian- and bicycle friendly infrastructure, sports and recreation facilities, community events, programming, and concessions
Schweikert (R-AZ) – Amendment No. 86 – Increases funding at the Indian Health Service by $7 million for the Produce Prescription Pilot Program to ensure tribal communities have access to healthy food
Stanton (D-AZ) – Amendment No. 87 – Adds funds to the Indian Health Service with the intent to increase the salary of the Director to put them on par with the level of Assistant Secretary. This recognizes the importance of Indian health and the goal to improve Native American health outcomes
Titus (D-NV) – Amendment No. 94 – Increases and decreases the Bureau of Land Management’s Wild Horse and Burro Program budget by $11 million to emphasize the need for increased use of humane, reversible fertility control to manage wild horse populations
Tlaib (D-MI) – Amendment No. 95 – Increases and decreases State and Tribal Assistance Grants by $1.5 billion to highlight the importance of annual lead water service line removal appropriations
Vasquez (D-NM) – Amendment No. 96 – Increases and decreases the Bureau of Indian Education account by $2 million to prioritize addressing the teacher shortage in BIE and Tribally-controlled schools
Wittman (R-VA) – Amendment No. 97 – Increases and decreases funding for the Bureau of Indian Affairs Tribal Courts Program to ensure that recently recognized Tribes across the country have access to funding to establish and operate judicial services
Arrington (R-TX) – Amendment No. 2 – Prohibits funding from being made available for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s final rule using an endangered species designation of several types of freshwater mussels, federalizing over 1,500 miles of Texas rivers
