Biggs (R-AZ) – Amendment No. 1 – Prohibits warrantless searches of U.S. person communications in the FISA 702 database, with exceptions for imminent threats to life or bodily harm, consent searches, or known cybersecurity threat signatures – VOTE REQUESTED
